The timeframe varies depending on the specifics of the search, but we are typically able to identify a list of prospective candidates within a couple of weeks. By the fourth week, we will have interviewed candidates and moved them through our behavioral assessments. After that, we are ready for the final interviews during the fifth and sixth week. Then it’s up to you to determine how quickly we move forward with your new hire.
